What you will be doing

  • Identifying & profiling new client opportunities
  • Managing our new business pipeline
  • Developing and executing contact strategies for potential clients – expected to be with client direct and through third parties (VCs, intermediaries, group referral) 
  • Project managing the pitch process (both formal and informal)
  • Reviewing successful and unsuccessful pitches in order to learn and improve conversion.
  • Building a database of collateral to be used throughout new business process
  • Ensure the agency is pacing well vs annual new business targets
  • NB: expected to be active participant in WTB management meetings

  • Your outreach is being matched by incoming opportunities.
  • The team are begging to work with the client opportunities you have opened.

  • Defining and developing our planning products, services and teams.
  • Deliver step change moments for our clients by designing new strategies and approaches and embedding them into everything they do – evolving and adapting on the way.
  • Lead and deliver planning on our pitches

  • Telling our clients things they don’t already know about their business, customers or category.

What you will be doing

  • Project manage and help create presentations for meetings & pitches
  • Organise meetings, travel & team initiatives and days out
  • Own the administrative process of onboarding new team members
  • Organise away days and company socials
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Setting up new supplier and verifying their bank details
  • Process invoices and follow up with suppliers and partners as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets
  • Participate in company audits

What you will be doing

Fundamentally, this role is about establishing and leading relationships with clients that allow you to:

  • Manage clients through their life with us, regularly reviewing the work we do with them, the value it’s bringing to their business and the way we’re working together.
  • Manage the commercial relationship with our clients, ensuring it works for them and is profitable for us.
  • Stretch relationships with clients into new areas.
  • Creating and leading project or client teams from WTB and our wider group.

  • Operating across all media and comms channels in line with a clients individual brand and campaign needs.
  • Design new strategies and approaches for our clients, running workshops and embedding that strategy into everything they do.
  • Evolving campaigns and course correcting them as they go.
  • Telling our clients things they don’t already know about their business, customers or category.

What you will be doing

  • Assist in client management and development and respond to differing brand challenges with robust and considered thinking that demonstrates exceptional knowledge of their individual business
  • Leading, growing and evolving a team of media planners and buyers – ensuring work is delivered on time, in line with strategy and error free.
  • Building richer relationships with Media owners and Suppliers to ensure WTB are best place to advise clients on the best media campaigns for their business needs.
  • Planning & buying effective media campaigns that will successfully build our clients’ business
  • Operating across all media channels In line with a clients Individual brand and campaign needs, with a particular focus on AV from a planning perspective
  • Challenge the commercial norms! WTB want to find innovative ways for clients to invest to maximise its return and create new models that work harder for our clients and ensure Media owners can continue to build on their content and ad tech.
  • Staying ahead of the market by generating market intelligence to share with clients. Working with all areas of WTB to build best campaign. Voicing your opinion to the leadership team.
  • Playing an active role in new business pitches.
  • Actively seeking new training to improve your own skills. Training other team members in your area of expertise. Learning other media skills such as Print, OOH and Digital.

What you will be doing

  • Along with the broader team creating on-point media plans that deliver against our client's business challenges. Voicing your opinion to the company
  • Meeting and presenting your planning ideas to clients, building trust and becoming a true business partner
  • Accurately delivering media buys and communicating that delivery with clients and teams.
  • Training team members and supporting leadership as the agency experiences significant growth
  • New Business pitch support as and when required
  • Setting up and buying the campaigns alongside the team. There will be a heavy leaning towards AV but not exclusively
  • Provide regular Media and Media owner updates to the team and your clients
  • Updating clients regularly – Spot times, Campaign reporting, Competitive and Performance reports where applicable
  • Spending time with suppliers to stay ahead of the market generating market intelligence to share with your clients.
  • Actively seeking new training to improve your own skills. Training other team members in your area of expertise. Learning other media skills such as Print, OOH and Digital
